When will my wedding/party proofs be ready?
Proofs are generally ready within 8 weeks of the event. We do not take them straight from the camera and get them developed. Every picture is reviewed, cropped, and color-optimized so that it will most resemble your final print should you choose to order it for your album.
How many pictures do you take of the wedding?
A standard wedding generally renders about 400-700 pictures. From that, we review every picture taken and select the best ones for your proof book. We typically end up with +/- 200 prints in the proof book.
What will you take pictures of at the wedding?
Anything you want us to; however, we typically are asked for family group pictures, the ceremony, bride & groom portraits, and the reception events. During the ceremony and reception, we aim to capture intimate close-up shots of your bridal party and guests that will make a lasting memory in your album.
How long after the wedding do I have to select my pictures for the album?
We ask that you complete your selection within 3 months from delivery of the proof book; however, if you need additional time due to extenuating circumstances, please let us know.
Will you help us design the album? How do I know what the mats look like?
After you have selected the pictures for your album, you will meet with the photographer to decide mat sizes and album placements. If you need additional help (i.e., can't decide on the pictures, etc.), an hourly rate will apply.
What do your albums look like?
We only use high quality, fully leatherbound albums (with a lifetime warranty). They come in a variety of styles and colors. Please contact the photographers for samples.
