Wedding Photography:
The proof portfolio will be completed and delivered to the bride and groom no later than 6-8 weeks following the wedding. Should the couple request assistance for the album design or request the photographer to finish the album completely, an additional fee may be charged depending on the time spent.
Photographers will photograph wedding events pre-ceremony through the garter-toss at the reception. Photographers will not charge an hourly rate; however, if group photographs are desired prior to the ceremony, it is requested that all parties be in place and ready to be photographed at the agreed upon time. Should photographers be requested to remain at the wedding longer than 6 hours, an additional fee will apply and be billed after services are provided.
Payment: A $250 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the wedding date. 50% of the balance will be required 2 weeks prior to wedding date with the balance due 48 hours prior to the wedding date. A $50 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the due date. If additional billing is sent following the ceremony, all payment must be received prior to proofs being ordered & delivered.
All Services (Weddings, Bridal Sessions, Parties, etc.)
All images will remain the copyright of the photographer. Negatives and/or original digital images will not be provided to the client. If the client requests a copy of the digital images, a CD copy can be provided at a nominal fee for a low-resolution, internet-ready and watermarked image CD. If you desire a CD of full-size images for your own use, please discuss this with the photographer.
Photographers will not charge mileage rates for any event occurring in Fredericksburg City, Spotsylvania or Stafford counties. Any event occurring outside this area will be subject to a mileage rate of 48.5 cents per mile (or current government per diem rate) from the photographer’s home to the location. Mileage will be billed after services are provided.
